  • Panic Art Studios (“PAS”), collects, stores, and uses your personal information as a data controller in connection with and in order to provide and develop products, mobile applications, services and websites (together “Services”) according to this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

    All Panic Art Studios’ products and services are governed by this Privacy Policy and by using or accessing a Service You give consent to the processing, use and disclosure of your data. Please do not install or use the Services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.

    PAS reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

    Likely situations when you make personal data available to PAS include, but are not limited to: (i) by using PAS’ products such as games, mobile apps or web services, (ii) registration for Services, contests and special events; (iii) requesting technical support; and (iv) otherwise through use of PAS Services where personal data is required for use and/or participation.

    PAS will need sufficient information from you to establish your identity and to verify your access request, and also to assist us in handling your request. The personal data we process on you may include your:

  • device identifier
  • platform account identifier (Including but not limited to: Steam, Google, Apple, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft)
  • Steam account identifier
  • IP-address
  • DNS address (“reverse DNS”)
  • user names
  • passwords
  • Other data containing information related to our services (games, web services, etc.) is not considered as personal information.

    The main use of the information we collect and store is to perform our contract with you and to provide you with the Services you request from us, but there are other uses as well. The uses for which we collect and store your information include:

  • to improve our services and your experience
  • to create your game accounts and allow you to play our games
  • to communicate with you and to allow players to communicate with each other
  • to provide support and respond to player inquiries
  • to protect the safety and well-being of our players
  • to protect PAS’ rights and property in connection with our Services
  • to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities
  • to administer rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by us
  • to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes
  • to help us improve our services via analytics and marketing
  • PAS does not collect or store any location data directly. However the IP-address based location (”GeoIP”) may be stored and used for statistical and analytics purposes.

    No personal data from our Services will be disclosed to third parties. However PAS may share some of your data with other users inside our services e.g. games may have a feature which allows user to view other players profile.

    PAS may store and/or transfer your personal data in and outside of EU/EEA member states and the United States in accordance with mandatory legislation and this Privacy Policy.

    PAS retains the collected data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter PAS deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe. PAS does not verify the correctness of personal data.

    Please note that some data may be further retained if necessary to resolve disputes, enforce PAS user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our Services.

    The Services may use “cookies” and other similar technologies. PAS treats information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data.

    Cookies: A “cookie” is a small file stored by your browser when told to do so by a website. Typically websites place a number of different cookies on an end-user’s machine. Some of the cookies are “1st Party,” from the website itself, and others are “3rd party,” belonging to advertising and analytics entities or social networks. PAS’ cookies do not include personal data and are typically used to quickly identify your device and to “remember” your browser during subsequent visits for purposes of functionality, preferences, and website performance. You can disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your device; however, disabling cookies may affect your ability to use the Services.

    Please note that your access to and use of the Services may be subject to certain third party terms and conditions and PAS is not liable for any such third parties’ use of your personal data.

    PAS may use third party components and services that may collect your personal data such as gameplay data, for analytics and marketing purposes. These services operate and process data independently from PAS.

  • PAS follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in PAS’ possession.

    You have the right to request access to your personal data that we process. You also have the right to:

  • Rectify incorrect personal data or erase it in certain circumstances.
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your personal data.
  • Receive your data so that you can use it elsewhere (data portability).
